MayDay Challenge - 2 Weeks Left! Please Comment.


Okay, how's everyone doing?  Please comment below and let us know how much progress you've made, how much you have left, or whatever else we should know.

As for me, I had a cold at the beginning of the week, then sprained my foot.  By Friday morning, I was 95% back to normal and down 8 pounds out of my 13 pound goal.  So, I've got to shed 5 more pounds in the next two weeks.  Feeling good about it.

How about all of you?

Sorry to hear about your foot.... that sucks. On the bright side, it's good your not actually a Clydesdale horse, b/c we might of had to put you down.

I think you're gonna blow your May Target away... keep up the great work.

As for Mayday I've lost 2.5 lbs over the last 2 weeks. This week is shaping up to be around a 1 lb. loss. Next week I'm going for broke and my target is 5 lbs.... something I've never done before. 2.5 + 1 + 5 = 8.5 lbs... far from matching the 13 lbs. (your goal) that was my target (albeit a very lofty target for me).

Regardless I'm happy with my progress.

I'm down 2 this week. I'll take it! Really focused on drinking......water and staying out of the cupboards and fridge at night (so hard, so,so hard). Good work everyone!

I think Al's in the lead here. I'm stalled at 2 lbs but hopefully next week will be better.

I had a 3 pound loss last weigh day. Hitting it hard---trying to push this last two---

I've got a big fat zero for this week. So total I'm still down -2. Next week WILL be better

I feel like Sam on Biggest Loser only 8/10ths of a pound down this week (2 more tenths, and it would of been one pound)....but, I worked harder than I have in a long time, did a 32 mile bike ride on Tues, another 23 miles on Thursday, besides my normal Total Conditioning Class, which is 75 minutes, I only did one of the two classes this week....Ran 5 miles on Friday, and on Sat morning, I ran a 4.2 race here locally Pats Run, and then traded in my running shoes for riding shoes and biked from Tempe Town Lake to Metro Center and back 60 miles...but, I feel good, and I am still going to keep doing what I am doing...so far I have lost 4.2 pounds...my goal was 5 pounds, but with a big lost for me last week....I had high hopes for a bigger number this week...

50 miler that left me dejected, ran out of fuel, hilly route, not my strong point, I finished, but I hurt afterwards
