Still Sick, but the Clock is Ticking

Headcold.  Hacking cough.  Sore throat.  Slight fever.  No energy. 

But the clock is ticking.  I have a 5K this weekend and need to get in more training.

Hopefully, I'll feel better soon.

Being sick sucks but racing while sick is worse. Get better - there will be other 5ks.

Keep drinking the fluids! Hopefully you are better in time for the 5k. If not, you can still walk it. Mrs. C's challenge does not account for sick days !!! haha.

Instead of training for the 5k, use the 5k as training for your running program. Don't stress. This is a starting point.
