Being sick sucks but racing while sick is worse. Get better - there will be other 5ks.

Keep drinking the fluids! Hopefully you are better in time for the 5k. If not, you can still walk it. Mrs. C's challenge does not account for sick days !!! haha.
Holy crap, I could have sworn I commented on this. Weird. GET WELL SOON!!! Take it easy. Instead of training for the 5k, use the 5k as training for your running program. Don't stress. This is a starting point.
Get well soon! If you can stand it-sinus rinses have helped me tremendously.
Do the best you can Clyde. Before you know it your strength will return.
